We’re on the search for a passionate Sous Chef to deliver a great guest experience. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality food under direction of our Head Chef, deputise the team in the absence of the Head Chef, support the training and development of the team, assist with stock control; ordering and managing suppliers, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, plan and cost menus to agreed budgets, adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times and help organise kitchen team shifts.

Are you a great team-player, work calmly and effectively under pressure, work closely with the front of house team to deliver an excellent customer experience, have a great eye for detail and have the ability to confidently lead the team.

Join our increasing family to support our Head Chef and established team in preparing delicious food for our guests ensuring continued pride of customer satisfaction.

You are a Chef de Partie who has already gained experienced working in a busy kitchen environment and is looking for that next move. 

You should be capable of working well under pressure and should be a strong team player with great standards of cleanliness and food hygiene. We are looking for someone who demonstrates their love of food and who will share their knowledge with the team.

We are looking for a confident and professional waiter or waitress to assist in the smooth running of the front of house. You will have current / previous experience of at least two years working as a waiter or waitress, an impeccable guest service skills whilst being enthusiastic, engaging and approachable.

You must have an excellent command of English, be well presented and have excellent customer service skills. Typical waiting shifts are 4 to 5 hours long. Work offered is on a casual basis of around 20 to 40 hours a week with shifts arranged a week in advance.
