paired with French Bourdier's Saffron gin

  • Beetroot & goats cheese tartlet

  • Cured salmon, cucumber & dill belini

  • Pan fried salmon, jerusalem artichokes, champagne cream sauce & crushed new potatoes
    paired with Haymans gin with candied lemon peel

  • Juniper infused duck breast, fondant potato, wild mushrooms & confit duck croquette
    paired with Bloom gin with orange

  • Garlic & smoked cheddar gnocchi with samphire & wild mushrooms

    paired with Ophir gin garnished with fresh rosemary

  • Lemon meringue parfait with lime curd

    paired with a rhubarb & ginger gin liqueur on the rocks
